Originally from Georgia, Terri Jo spent her five years prior to joining Dehm Associates in Texas serving as Hospitality Director for three Chick-fil-A restaurants.  Terri Jo has extensive experience in leading teams and motivating employees, in both corporate and small family business environments. 

​Terri Jo has a genuine passion to help people and is primarily responsible for ensuring farm families have a remarkable experience while interacting with Dehm Associates. 

​In her spare time, Terri Jo bakes wedding cakes for her company By Faith Bake Shoppe and is a full time mother to her four children, Josh, Drew, Esther, and Hannah.
